* To be eligible for the Student rates, students are required to produce documentary evidence of their status (such as a copy of Student ID card or an official statement on university letterhead). Without this documentation, delegate fees will be applied.

Only registration accompanied by the full payment will be considered, registration will be confirmed after receiving the payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference, are requested to contact the registration secretariat at dbeiregistration@dekongroup.com.
The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird or regular deadlines, it will not be considered as early or regular registration if the payment has not been received before the deadlines.

Registration Conditions

BILT Euro 2024, 7-9 May 2024, will be held in Riga, Latvia.

Payments

Once the registration form has been completed, you will be asked to pay the necessary fee for the service you selected by credit card. You will be receiving a confirmation email and an invoice in 48 hours after completing the payment.

All payments should be made to DEKON. All transactions by credit card will appear on your bank statement as "Dekon Kongre ve Turizm Hizmetleri A.S.

Student Registration

To qualify for the student registration category Registrants must be studying full time at their indicated university/institution.

Students must provide the Organisers with a copy of their photo student identification card, proof of full time status as a student from their university/institution and contact details for their administration office. Registration under the student rate is not guaranteed until full time student status is verified by the Organisers.

Cancellations

Cancellations received on or after April 07, 2024 - no refund

All cancellations must be made in writing to DEKON via dbeiregistration@dekongroup.com. Any cancelled Registrants with an outstanding balance due will be liable for the full registration fee; this liability will be the responsibility of the delegate.

Please note: A ‘no show' will still be considered as a cancellation and therefore the above terms apply.
